Seeking Safety Program

We understand that trauma can have a profound impact on a person’s life and that for each individual, healing is a personal journey that takes time and support. Through our Seeking Safety Program, we focus on helping individuals who have experienced trauma to find safety and security in their lives. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for women to heal and regain their sense of safety.

This program includes sessions on topics like coping skills, emotional regulation, overcoming the traumatic incident, and building healthy relationships. Our staff administers cognitive-behavior therapy and prolonged exposure therapy to help the patients face trauma-related memories, feelings, and emotions, giving them the courage to live with such incidents rather than fearing them and hiding from them.
